Ân Vũ Tech offers a 12-month one-for-one warranty on all products if faults come from manufacturing or our installation.

The policy applies to all Smart Home and IoT products supplied or installed by Ân Vũ Tech.

  • Warranty duration: 12 months from the delivery or handover date.
  • Warranty method: one-for-one replacement with an equivalent or higher value product.
  • Warranty service is free when faults stem from manufacturing or our technical work.

Warranty conditions

Please ensure the product meets the following conditions for quick support.

  • The product is within the warranty period and accompanied by valid invoices.
  • Seals, warranty stickers, and serial numbers remain intact.
  • No third-party tampering or misuse against technical guidelines.

Warranty process

We accompany customers throughout the product lifecycle with step-by-step support.

  1. Send a request via hotline or email with photos or videos describing the fault.
  2. Technicians perform a remote assessment and schedule on-site checks if required.
  3. If Ân Vũ Tech is at fault, we cover all transport, repair, or replacement costs.
  4. After replacement, the product keeps the remaining warranty period.

Cases outside warranty

Certain situations may not qualify for the 12-month one-for-one warranty.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flooding, or excessive physical impact.
  • Products disassembled or repaired without authorization.
  • Damage arising from misuse or installations outside technical standards.
